JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise Salesforce platforms. The role focuses on product development, customization, API integrations, automation, and scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Bengaluru

Mode of Work: Hybrid (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Salesforce Application Development (5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise environments)

• Apex programming, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce API Integration using REST APIs, Salesforce Callouts, and External Services

• SOQL and SOSL development for data querying and optimization on Force.com platform

• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud application design, customization, and implementation

• Web Services creation and consumption including third-party system integrations

• Salesforce security model, Flows, workflow automation, debugging, and problem resolution

• Custom business process automation, prompts, actions, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and administration

• CRM data models and customer data platform architecture

• Platform Events and event-driven integration patterns

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect

Professional Attributes & Qualifications

• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• Leadership: Experience mentoring junior Salesforce developers and conducting code reviews

• Ownership: Ability to drive end-to-end Salesforce enhancement and implementation projects independently

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC

• Build scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business and client requirements

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs and Salesforce callouts

• Create and optimize Flows, Triggers, automation workflows, and AI-enabled business processes

• Perform debugging, issue resolution, performance tuning, and platform enhancements

• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders on functional and technical designs

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies

• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications
