At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Salesforce Developer (#20314-19-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues.

• Apply Salesforce development best practices to ensure security, maintainability, performance, and code quality.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical discussions.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product/project stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate progress and blockers proactively, and maintain consistent availability during agreed working hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Salesforce development.

• Advanced knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data models.

• Experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and asynchronous processing.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and access controls.

• Experience with source control systems, preferably Git.

• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and code quality.

• Experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed teams.

• Ability to manage priorities, deliver commitments, and proactively communicate blockers, risks, delays, or availability changes.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II.

• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD processes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

• Previous experience with complex enterprise Salesforce implementations or integrations.

• Healthcare or healthcare-technology industry experience.
