Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (remote)

Short Summary We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, capable of designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and leading client-facing engagements. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge, Salesforce certifications, solution architecture experience, and excellent communication skills. Project Details Location: USA (remote) Start Date: preferably ASAP Duration: Until end of year with possible prolongation B2B contract Budget: Up to 70-80 USD/hour Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Salesforce Administrator certification At least two additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud) Proven experience designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions Strong knowledge of Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud Journey Builder Experience designing complex data models and scalable automation frameworks Experience leading client workshops, building proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical estimates Strong analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar tools Upper-Intermediate English or higher Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Experience mentoring team members and leading project delivery teams Responsibilities Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives Lead project teams and support sprint planning activities Mentor junior consultants and team members Implement advanced automation, integrations, and Salesforce optimization initiatives Perform data migrations, including data validation and integrity checks Collaborate closely with clients to map business processes and resolve technical challenges Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Team You will join a Salesforce Center of Excellence consisting of 90+ architects, engineers, consultants, and QA specialists delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from pre-sales and architecture design to implementation and post-production support.
