Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant on a hybrid basis in Brussels for an initial 24 month contract

Job Spec:

Act as a key player in the evolution and support of the SAP CRM application and its interfaces in the system landscape

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, opportunity and contract management
• Customer care mgmt. incl. contact center
• Master data management (customers, products, ibases)
• Fiori applications: development & integration
• Marketing management (target groups, territory management, …)
• Interfaces to and from different Legacy Applications via SAP PI and SAP CPI and SAP Bdocs and Idocs. Good understanding of SAP MSL is also required.
• Interfaces to and from other SAP systems, including SAP FICA, SAP ECC and SAP BRIM
• Provide day-to-day excellence in Functional & Technical Application Support
• End to End responsibility for resolving assigned incidents/requests
• Diagnosing/Analyzing issues and changes, design solutions
• Preparation of functional/technical specifications using technical expertise
• Customizing in SAP CRM
• Incident handling, problem and change management, including the unit-, integration- and regression testing of the solution. This also includes drawing up functional specifications for the development team and customizing the SAP CRM application.
• Work with NMBS Process Leads, NMBS key users and other CRM members to operationally manage assigned change requests, bug fixes and small operational enhancements. Ensure fit with the existing solutions to achieve customer/user satisfaction, engagement/adoption by the business
• Actively bring in best practices, out-of-the box thinking, insights and technology trends to help improve the SAP CRM application and level of service regarding the application
• Proactively try to improve support, training, processes and communication with regard to the SAP CRM application
• Actively participate in shERPa to help design & build the existing processes in the new architecture, consisting of SAP S/4HANA + SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2
• Hands-on experience in SAP CRM in the last 3 years, with at least 2 proven E2E proven project lifecycles
• The candidate must be able to work onsite in Brussels at least 1w per month, with preference for weekly onsite presence. No work permits or visas will be provided

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to analyse functional requirements and translate these into functional specifications and technical implementations
• Experience in working in an agile (sprint) manner is a plus
• Proven process knowledge in sales & service flows in an SAP context
• Experience of working in a railway context is considered a plus
• 5+ years experience customizing and maintaining SAP CRM modules
• Customizing Experience with the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0)
• SAP OData and Fiori Design experience
• Strong Experience with the SAP CRM Sales, Service and Marketing module
• Middleware/Integration experience. Experience and technical skills for the integration of SAP CRM with other (SAP) systems and solutions via SAP PI and SAP CPI
• Experience in Master Agreements in a non-ISU environment
• Understanding of ABAP and capable of debugging is required
• Experience in integration with SAP CDC, ECC and Convergent Invoicing (FICA). Overall integrations are quite important in our landscape
• Strong experience in Business Partners
• Experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Version 1 or Version 2)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Tooling: experience in ServiceNow and Jira
• You will be evaluated for your communication skills and able to verbally communicate, read and write in Dutch, French and English
