Senior Sap Customer Relationship Management Consultant

For our client, a large organisation in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant (BOPF & CRM Service) on a freelance basis from January 2027. You will develop and run a business-critical SAP CRM Service platform.

🎯 Your mission

• Enhancing custom BOPF objects (nodes, determinations, validations, actions).
• Analysing, designing and building SAP CRM Service processes, including Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Developing and maintaining SmartForms, Web Services and OData services, plus interfaces to SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Office and non-SAP systems.
• L2/L3 support, root cause analysis, monitoring and maintenance in daily operations.
• Testing, transports, go-lives and knowledge transfer to the internal team.

💡 Your talent

• At least 7 years of SAP CRM experience in integrated landscapes, as an SAP CRM consultant or SAP CRM developer.
• Hands-on development experience with SAP BOPF and ABAP OO.
• Solid SAP CRM Service know-how (service orders, contracts, requests).
• Experience with SmartForms, Web Services and OData, ideally also with SAP BusinessObjects integration.
• RUN experience (L2/L3, root cause analysis), ideally with Jira, ChaRM, Solution Manager and Confluence.
• Fluent French (C1 minimum).
