About the Role

• Support and continuous development of SAP Finance and Controlling processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
• Configuration and optimization of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis
• Analysis, design, and implementation of business requirements from Finance, Controlling, and Group Reporting stakeholders
• Integration of SAP FI/CO with SAP Group Reporting, SAP Cash & Treasury Management, e-invoicing platforms, and other finance-related solutions
• Management, monitoring, and optimization of interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems
• Coordination with external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers
• Participation in international SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects
• Support of template design, fit-gap analyses, and localization requirements during global rollouts
• Planning and execution of system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities
• Support for the deployment of new finance and controlling processes across global business units
• Analysis and resolution of incidents, defects, and operational issues
• Creation and maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Delivery of end-user training and support for key users

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Initial to several years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, process design, and solution implementation
• Experience supporting business users and finance operations
• Understanding of international finance processes and group structures
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting
• Experience with SAP Cash & Treasury Management, e-invoicing and digital compliance requirements
• Basic SAP customizing experience in FI and/or CO
• Experience in international SAP rollout or transformation projects
• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and EWM
• Understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, or international accounting standards
• German language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany and other international locations
• Experience working in global and cross-functional project teams
