About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a growing national distribution and supply chain organization to find a Senior SAP Instructional Designer for a large-scale SAP transformation, based remotely with eventual periodic travel.

This role sits at the center of a multi-year ERP rollout touching nearly every part of the business — Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Master Data. You'll be the one turning complex system change into training people can actually use.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop end-to-end SAP training curricula for a multi-year, multi-module ERP transformation
  • Build blended learning content combining instructor-led training, eLearning, and simulation-based modules
  • Interview subject matter experts across Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Master Data to translate business process into training content
  • Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to scale delivery across the organization
  • Build in-application guidance and simulations using enterprise training platforms
  • Conduct training needs assessments and define measurable course objectives
  • Create knowledge checks, assessments, and evaluation frameworks
  • Manage status reporting and proactively flag risk across concurrent workstreams

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years designing training for major ERP systems
  • 3+ years hands-on instructional design experience across multiple SAP modules
  • Demonstrated hands-on build experience in enterprise training/in-app guidance platforms (WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Articulate, or comparable)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design methodology
  • Expert-level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to run training needs assessments and translate SME input into curriculum
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to cross-functional stakeholders

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience training on Sales Execution, Pricing/Commissions, Supply Chain, Production, or Warehouse SAP modules specifically
  • Experience running Train-the-Trainer programs at scale
  • Background on large, multi-year ERP transformation programs
  • Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain business processes
  • Experience building evaluation/assessment frameworks for enterprise training

Technical Environment:

  • SAP ERP (multiple modules), WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, Articulate Rise/360, in-app guidance/simulation platforms, Microsoft Office Suite

What Success Looks Like:

  • Curriculum for the first rollout wave mapped and signed off by SME stakeholders
  • First Train-the-Trainer cohort delivered with measurable knowledge-check pass rates
  • A repeatable content-build process established across the tool stack for future rollout waves
