Senior SAP PM -Plant Maintenance

Job Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a Senior SAP PM Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance solutions in S/4HANA or ECC environments. The role involves working closely with clients to optimize equipment maintenance, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Candidates may or may not take a lead role but must be capable of managing complex PM projects independently. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP PM modules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Design and enhance master data structures (functional locations, equipment, bills of material). Develop maintenance plans, task lists, and notifications/work orders. Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, QM, and EAM functionalities. Support mobile plant maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 integration. Lead workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications. Conduct testing, training, and cutover activities for go-live. Recommend process improvements for asset lifecycle management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field. 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on Plant Maintenance. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM (ECC or S/4HANA). Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, scheduling, and breakdown management. Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA certification in Asset Management or Plant Maintenance. Experience with mobile maintenance applications (SAP Fiori, SAP Asset Manager). Exposure to predictive maintenance, IoT, and EAM solutions.
