Join our Project Management practice in Spain and lead complex SAP transformation projects for international clients. As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams and help customers achieve sustainable business outcomes through SAP.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects from planning through successful delivery
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths
Identify project risks early and drive clear mitigation and decision-making processes
Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities and maintain alignment across project stakeholders
Monitor delivery progress and provide clear, reliable status reporting to customer and project leadership
Balance timelines, risks, functional requirements and business value to keep projects focused on successful outcomes
Your Expertise:
At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects in an SAP environment
Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools and delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall
Proven ability to develop detailed project and resource plans and manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Execution solutions such as SAP EWM, SAP TM or Yard Management, or Supply Chain Planning solutions such as SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud
Confident stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
Professional fluency in English & Spanish
Willingness to travel when required by client projects
