🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project delivery. The selected professional will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance across SAP environments.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate functional, technical, and business teams.
- Monitor project execution and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Ensure quality standards and successful project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience leading SAP projects.
- Participation in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Valid SAP certification (mandatory).
- Active health insurance coverage (mandatory).
- Availability to travel within Central America when required.
- Availability to participate in technical and business interviews.
- Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Experience leading international SAP projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in large-scale SAP programs.
