- Analyse business requirements and configure practical solutions across ONB 2.0 and RCM.
- Support end-to-end processes and dependencies across ONB 2.0, RCM and Employee Central.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and functional issues, including root-cause analysis of recurring problems.
- Deliver enhancements, configuration changes, testing and production deployments.
- Participate in customer workshops and prepare functional specifications and supporting documentation.
- Support system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with customers, SAP functional consultants, integration specialists and DXC delivery teams.
- Communicate progress, issues, risks and dependencies clearly, contributing to continuous improvement across the supported environment.
ABOUT YOU
You bring strong SAP SuccessFactors functional expertise, a customer-focused approach and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
Your experience and qualifications will include:
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification, desirable.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management certification well regarded.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Onboarding 2.0 and Recruiting Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- A good understanding of end-to-end onboarding and recruiting processes.
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors in a production or managed services environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work independently and across distributed delivery teams.
Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customers would be advantageous, along with knowledge of integrations across Onboarding, Recruiting and Employee Central, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions and SuccessFactors release testing. Experience across additional SuccessFactors modules is also desirable.
