Senior SAP VIM Consultant / Starszy Konsultant / Starsza Konsultantka SAP VIM

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in Accounts Payable processes and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join international SAP S/4HANA transformation and support initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical experts to enhance and optimize invoice automation processes within complex SAP environments. The position combines functional consulting, solution ownership, and collaboration across global project teams.

Your responsibilities

• Support and optimize SAP-based Accounts Payable and invoice management processes within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable SAP VIM solutions
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
• Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor in the area of AP process optimization and invoice automation
• Ensure smooth cooperation between functional and technical teams during project delivery
• Support stabilization and transition activities within ongoing support / DevOps environments
• Contribute to continuous improvements of finance and invoice processing solutions

We pay attention to candidates who have

• Extensive experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in finance-related projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP Accounts Payable (AP)
  • OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments (ECC background combined with S/4 exposure is also welcome)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end invoice processing and AP workflows
• Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and supporting testing activities directly with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in complex project environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating in international and multi-vendor delivery teams

Nice to have

• Experience in AMS / managed services environments
• Knowledge of finance process optimization initiatives
• Experience working in Agile delivery models
