Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a complex Financial Services environment. The role focuses on enabling effective Agile ways of working, supporting development teams, facilitating collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.

• Work model: hybrid – 50% on-site, 50% remote
• Budget: 90 PLN net/ h - b2b
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP

Project scope:

• Support development teams in the effective application of Scrum and Agile practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team collaboration
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile ways of working
• Support delivery across distributed Agile teams
• Promote continuous improvement and effective Agile practices
• Support communication, coordination and reporting around delivery

Competence demands:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
• Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe; exposure to LeSS or Nexus is relevant
• Strong facilitation, coaching and team-management capabilities
• Experience working with distributed delivery teams
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence and Mural
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking is relevant to the environment
• Scrum/Agile certifications such as PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, ICP-ACC or equivalent are relevant
• Very good command of English
