Senior SDET

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using tools (Playwright/Selenium, REST Assured,Java).
• Integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and maintain pipelines.
• Participate in defining and evolving the testing strategy: coverage, prioritization, test data, mocking/stubbing.
• Document, organize, and execute test cases in Jira/Xray, including traceability, execution, and reporting.
• Handle a portion of exploratory manual testing for non-automated scenarios.
• Participate in code reviews, impact analysis, and validation in collaboration with developers.
• Participate in capacity and performance testing (CPR).
• Analyze and diagnose defects (via logs, Datadog/Splunk as needed).
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, business analysts.
• Promote best practices in automated testing, continuous improvement, and DevOps principles (rapid feedback).
• Use and contribute to the evolution of AI agents dedicated to QA activities.
• Demonstrate an agentic mindset by taking ownership, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, driving automation innovation, and solving problems independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of test automation processes using recognized tools (Playwright/Selenium, REST Assured,Java).
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to create, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflow configurations.
• Hands-on experience in REST API Testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or Swagger/OpenAPI
• Ability to structure and document work rigorously and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Clear and effective communication with both technical and business teams.
• Experience with both Frontend and Backend testing.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate ownership with an agentic and continuous improvement mindset in volatile and collaborative environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
