About the Role

Join Perpetual Corporate Trust and help deliver accurate, timely and effective trust management services to Australia’s securitisation market.

As Senior Securitisation Trust Analyst, you will manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation clients and support the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management function. Your work will help the team meet its contractual obligations and maintain consistently high service standards. You will also contribute to team projects, provide technical support and training, identify process improvements and assist with sensitive client matters. The role reports to the Senior Securitisation Manager, Trust Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation Trust Management clients.
  • Prepare monthly trust manager reports, payment instructions and notices in line with trust documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain bank account and trust reconciliations.
  • Review and execute settlement requests and payment instructions to support funding requirements.
  • Monitor trust covenants, trigger events and portfolio parameters, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Work with clients, investors, accountants and auditors to resolve queries and finalise trust accounts.
  • Support risk testing, user acceptance testing, process improvements and training for new and existing team members.

About you

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the securitisation industry.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, accounting, economics, finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to respond accurately and promptly to client and investor queries.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills, sound technical judgement and a clear focus on risk management.
  • Leadership capability and confidence supporting, training and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • A willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to new responsibilities and team initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL or VBA would be advantageous.
