Job Description -

• Expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure remote access technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, and Zero Trust principles.
• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize endpoint security, Conditional Access, and RBAC solutions in a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, security standards, and best practices.
• Ability to engage effectively with customer representatives and technical teams.
• Remain calm and composed during critical incidents, security breaches, and vulnerability situations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
