Qualifications - Expertise and Experience Minimum 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of organic search methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. Proficient in keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO practices, and SEO audit procedures. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable SEO strategies. Strong English communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members. Adaptability to the ever-changing landscape of search engine algorithms and an eagerness for continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimise comprehensive SEO strategies for partner marketing projects. Conduct thorough keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase rankings on all major search networks. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation for both existing content and new project initiatives. Collaborate with the content development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented in all digital marketing efforts. Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and recommend SEO strategies. Stay abreast of the latest tools and trends in SEO and ensure the team implements new best practices in a timely manner. Prepare and present reports to clients and management on SEO performance and ROI. Coordinate with web developers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are coded into new developments.
