Senior SEO & Growth Manager - LATAM
SwovoAbout the Job
- Swovo is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer with deep, hands-on expertise in organic search and paid acquisition. Organic search has historically been our strongest acquisition channel, and we are looking for someone who can take direct ownership of rebuilding and growing that engine while also developing paid marketing into a reliable source of qualified pipeline.
- This is not a role for a broad marketing generalist or someone whose SEO and paid media experience has primarily been managed through agencies. We need someone who has personally executed SEO and paid search strategies, understands the mechanics behind both channels, and can diagnose problems, identify opportunities, launch initiatives, measure results, and continuously improve performance.
- Success in this role will be measured by qualified leads, pipeline, customer acquisition cost, and revenue—not traffic, rankings, clicks, or lead volume alone. You will own search-led customer acquisition across Swovo's business lines, including technical SEO, content and keyword strategy, authority building, Google Ads, landing-page optimization, conversion tracking, and experimentation.
- We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should be comfortable digging through Google Search Console to understand why organic performance changed, restructuring a Google Ads campaign yourself, evaluating landing-page conversion rates, working with developers on technical SEO improvements, directing writers and subject-matter experts, and reallocating budget based on what is actually producing qualified opportunities.
- This is a full-time, 40-hour/week remote role. Candidates must be based in Latin America and available to work during U.S. business hours.
About the Company
Swovo is a cutting-edge software development consultancy with a presence in both the U.S. and Latin America. We partner with clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies to design and build cutting-edge solutions for healthcare as well as other industries. Our mission goes beyond software development—we aim to create products that deliver measurable improvements in business performance and patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- The success of this role will be measured by the volume, quality, and cost of qualified opportunities generated across Swovo’s business lines. You will own our primary acquisition channels—organic search and paid marketing—and be expected to turn business goals into measurable growth initiatives.
- Own SEO Strategy & Execution: Take full ownership of SEO across Swovo’s business lines, including technical SEO, keyword and search-intent research, content optimization, internal linking, backlink acquisition, and organic conversion strategy. Diagnose performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, crawling tools, and other relevant platforms, then translate findings into prioritized actions and personally execute or manage implementation. Success will be measured by qualified organic leads and pipeline—not traffic or rankings alone.
- Rebuild & Grow Organic Search: Audit our existing websites and content portfolios, identify the causes of traffic and lead declines, and determine which pages should be improved, consolidated, redirected, expanded, or removed. Build a sustainable organic growth strategy that improves visibility across both traditional and AI-assisted search.
- Own Paid Acquisition: Personally manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads. Own campaign structure, keyword strategy, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, conversion tracking, landing-page performance, and ongoing experimentation. Evaluate other paid channels where they make sense for the business.
- Improve Lead Quality & Conversion: Work beyond traffic and clicks to improve the quality of leads generated through both paid and organic channels. Analyze conversion rates, landing-page performance, lead quality, SQL rates, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition costs, then identify and execute improvements throughout the funnel.
- Build Organic Authority: Own Swovo’s backlink and authority-building strategy through digital PR, partnerships, expert contributions, original research, targeted outreach, and other high-quality link acquisition strategies. Evaluate and manage outside SEO or link-building partners when appropriate.
- Own Search-Led Content Strategy: Develop content strategies based on buyer intent, organic opportunity, competitive research, and qualified-pipeline potential. Work with Swovo subject-matter experts, writers, designers, freelancers, and partners to produce differentiated content grounded in real expertise rather than high-volume generic content.
- Drive Growth Across Multiple Business Lines: Develop and adapt acquisition strategies across Swovo’s software consultancy, Swovo Fuse, and future business lines. Understand that each business may require a different mix of SEO, paid acquisition, content, and conversion strategy, and allocate effort based on where the greatest opportunities exist.
- Measure, Analyze & Optimize Performance: Build clear reporting around qualified leads, SQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and revenue attribution. Continuously evaluate performance, scale what is working, stop what is not, and communicate clearly about where marketing investment is producing business results.
- Support Additional Growth Initiatives: Help test and scale other acquisition opportunities—such as referral programs, partnerships, retargeting, email, and paid social—when they support the broader growth strategy. These channels are secondary to your core responsibility for organic search and paid acquisition.
