Senior SEO Manager

Real Estate Bees is a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate lead marketplace connecting motivated home sellers with investors across the United States.
We generate high-intent seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube, and social media, and deliver them to investors who are actively looking to buy.

We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to own SEO strategy for our lead generation websites, and turn organic search into a steady flow of leads.
You’ll report to our Head of SEO, who owns the overall SEO direction across our sites. You’ll own SEO strategy end to end: audit, plans, technical fixes, content priorities, link building, results and conversion optimization.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for websites.
• Plan and run link building, including choosing vendors and checking the quality of what they deliver.
• Organize the work: set tasks for developers, writers and freelancers, review their output, and coordinate with other teams.
• Track and report results: rankings, traffic and leads, with clear baselines, experiments and regular updates to leadership.

What we’re looking for

• You’ve built and executed SEO strategies on your own for product, service or ecommerce websites, preferably in the US market.
• You’ve worked with large multi-page sites and programmatic pages, and you know how to keep templated content useful.
• You have hands-on experience with US local search.
• You’ve managed contractors: writers, developers, link building vendors.
• You make decisions from data and can dig into analytics yourself.
• You can show past results with numbers and explain exactly what your role was.
• You want a hands-on role. This is an individual contributor position, not a pure people-management one.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience automating routine SEO work with AI tools.
• Experience growing visibility and traffic from LLMs and AI search.
• Experience with conversion optimization and building landing pages.
