Senior SEO Manager

We're looking for a smart, experienced, and awesome Senior SEO Manager to support one of our rockstar clients! In this role, you will focus on: The implementation and documentation of on-site SEO strategies developed by the Chief SEO Strategist Building winning strategies for cannabis dispensaries and deliveries across the United States and Canada together with the Chief SEO Strategist Staying constantly up-to-date on new onsite strategies for local SEO (with an emphasis on Google My Business) and national campaigns and working with the COO to create SOPs to implement within the agency Ensuring that we reach our partners' KPIs in a desired timeline by managing existing and new strategies with the SEO team (Chief SEO Strategist and SEO Analyst) Building SOPs and Strategy Docs for implementing SEO strategies, concepts and content creative Helping the Partner Success Manager communicate updates about Google algorithm changes, new strategies Collaborating with COO to continually innovate and exploring how our agency can improve the efficiency with which we complete various strategies and tactics Managing requests for content outlines, conducting website and Google My Business audits and conducting invaluable research on current competitor success strategies in the cannabis retail sector for Google Business Profiles Collaborating with web developers to ensure strategies are executed properly Being a consistent source of SEO knowledge for the Partner Success Manager in order to properly manage the account and support partner concerns and questions You will succeed in this role if you have/are: At least 2 years of search engine optimization experience Previous B2B experience Excellent English communication skills Great attention to detail Proactive Positive attitude Keen understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content strategies, data tracking and analysis A basic understanding of Google AdWords/SEM and other forms of paid media Self-starter Coachable Team player Data-driven Knowledgeable of these tools: Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdSense, LocalFalcon, Semrush, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Meet It would be extra awesome if you have/are: Knowledge in using Google Data Studio What's in it for you?
