About the team You'll join Zillow's Product Management organization, working at the intersection of SEO, product, and consumer experience to help millions of people discover and engage with StreetEasy. This team partners closely with engineering, design, analytics, and content to shape search and onboarding journeys that make it easier for customers to find the homes and information they need. Together, the team uses data, experimentation, and a deep understanding of search behavior to unlock organic growth and deliver meaningful customer impact. About the role The Senior SEO Product Manager, StreetEasy defines and executes SEO and GEO-focused product strategies that grow organic traffic and engagement across StreetEasy's consumer experiences. This role leads cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and optimize features that improve acquisition, onboarding, and search journeys — including in AI-generated and generative search surfaces — using data and experimentation to drive measurable impact. Self-motivation and ideation are must-haves. You will get to - Own the SEO and GEO strategy and roadmap for StreetEasy, defining opportunities for organic traffic growth and aligning initiatives with business goals across key customer journey phases. - Identify new and unique opportunities to increase Search Engine Results Page (SERP) visibility and traffic, including in AI-generated and generative search surfaces. - Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver SEO-enhancing features, ensuring seamless integration into web and app experiences. - Analyze traffic, search behavior, and experimentation results to identify opportunities, prioritize SEO initiatives, and continuously optimize performance. - Partner with marketing and content stakeholders to improve site architecture, page templates, and on-page elements in support of scalable organic acquisition. - Develop and maintain clear success metrics, reporting, and narratives that communicate SEO product impact and trade-offs to senior partners. - - Mentor product peers on SEO best practices and frameworks, sharing learnings and elevating product decision quality across teams. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $118,600.00 - $189,400.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $112,700.00 - $179,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside. Who you are - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing technology products, including meaningful work on acquisition, engagement, or growth-focused features. - Demonstrated experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), traffic acquisition, or upstream activities such as onboarding, profiling, or engagement strategies. - Proven track record using data, experimentation, and user insights to shape product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and inform trade-offs. - Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to launch and optimize web or app features at scale. - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
