We are seeking an amazing Senior SEO Specialist with proven leadership skills and top industry knowledge in search engine optimization with the following qualifications:

1. Over 7 years of proven experience in SEO
2. Ability to lead teams by training them and being hands on in improving results
3. Create effective SEO audits and strategies and help in sales

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 7am to 4pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Excellent English speaking and copywriting skills

2. Over 7 years in SEO

3. Create effective, professional-looking SEO strategies to win new business

4. Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools

5. Experience in leading an SEO team

6. Hire, train, and lead SEO team members

7. Document best practices, processes, and checklists

8. Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns

9. Ability to create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPI’s in executive meetings

10. Strong knowledge of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results

11. Driven to get results and grow with the agency
