We’re looking for a strategic, execution-driven Senior SEO Specialist to scale our organic growth across both traditional search and AI-driven search (AEO).
This is an opportunity to own high-impact SEO initiatives in a competitive, high-value niche — and make a visible contribution to business growth.
You’ll work across the full SEO cycle — from research and planning to execution and performance analysis — collaborating closely with content, marketing, and leadership.
Your goal: grow high-quality organic traffic, strengthen visibility across Google and AI platforms, and ensure our content ranks, converts, and builds authority.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
🔹 SEO Execution & Optimization — Execute SEO initiatives under the SEO Manager’s direction, including on-page optimization, content updates, and internal linking improvements to grow rankings, traffic, and conversions.
🔹 Content SEO & Brief Development — Create high-quality SEO briefs for new and existing content, aligned with search intent, strong structure, semantic depth, internal linking, and clear CTA logic. Collaborate with copywriters and review content performance.
🔹 Link Building & Outreach — Identify and evaluate backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, build partnerships, and continuously improve link-building processes and results.
🔹 International SEO — Support SEO growth across international markets by analyzing performance, identifying localization opportunities, and helping develop and test international SEO strategies.
🔹 AEO & AI Visibility — Improve brand visibility across AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, monitor key AEO metrics, and identify opportunities to increase presence in AI-generated answers.
🔹 AI-Driven Workflows & Automation — Actively use AI tools across research, content, analysis, and outreach — and automate repetitive tasks to make workflows faster and more efficient.
🔹 Technical SEO — Support site-health monitoring, indexing and crawling checks, and issue detection, partnering with developers and product teams to resolve technical challenges.
🔹 Performance Analysis & Reporting — Track SEO and AEO performance across rankings, traffic, and conversions, and turn data into actionable insights.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with the SEO Manager, SEO team, content team, and wider marketing organization to align priorities and drive high-quality execution.
✨ WHAT YOU BRING
Must-haves:
✓ 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
✓ Proven success with U.S. market SEO, backed by measurable case studies
✓ Experience with AEO / AI search optimization and improving brand visibility and performance across AI-driven platforms
✓ Experience using AI tools to enhance SEO and marketing workflows — including research, content, analysis, process optimization, and automation
✓ Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO and analytics tools
✓ Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
✓ English B2+, with confident written and verbal communication skills

2. Take-Home Assignment — A short strategic SEO analysis (estimated 1–3 hours)
3. Technical Interview + Live Test Assignment — Interview with the Head of Marketing & SEO Manager, followed by a live SEO brief exercise via screen sharing — 2 hours
