In this role you will: SEO Strategy: Build and manage a Google-focused SEO strategy and roadmap for a large-scale streaming platform, setting priorities and goals around non-branded organic traffic, visibility, and conversion. Technical SEO: Manage indexation across millions of URLs, including crawl budget, canonical strategy, duplicates, thin pages, pagination, faceted navigation, and server log analysis. Platform Optimization: Optimize templates for movies, series, seasons, episodes, actors, directors, genres, collections, and other scalable content pages. Indexation and Performance: Ensure fast discovery and ranking of new releases while improving Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawl efficiency, and structured data. Content and Off-Page SEO: Develop semantic clusters, scalable metadata rules, content requirements, and link-building strategy, while coordinating content quality and external SEO activities. Analytics and Leadership: Monitor performance, build regular reporting and traffic forecasts, test SEO hypotheses, analyze competitors, collaborate with product, development, and content teams, and manage a small SEO team. Skills you’ll need to bring: Relevant Experience: Proven SEO success with streaming platforms, online cinemas, high-risk projects, or similarly competitive content-driven websites. Technical SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of indexation, crawl budget, canonicalization, duplicate and thin content, faceted navigation, structured data, and server log analysis. Large-Scale SEO: Experience working with websites containing hundreds of thousands or millions of dynamically generated URLs. Streaming SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of search demand around movies, series, episodes, new releases, “watch online,” and “where to watch” queries. Content and Off-Page SEO: Experience with scalable metadata, content briefs, editorial quality control, link-building, outreach, crowd marketing, PR links, and backlink profile management. Analytics and Leadership: Confident use of Google Search Console, GA4, rank-tracking and visibility tools, combined with the ability to prioritize initiatives, present an SEO roadmap to stakeholders, and manage a small team. English: Intermediate level or higher.
