Position Overview The Senior Service Technician serves as a technical expert, handling advanced troubleshooting, large-scale service projects, and mentoring apprentices and associates. This role ensures high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead service calls for complex system issues. Mentor and train apprentices and associates. Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, manufacturer requirements, and regulations. Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients. Provide advanced diagnostics and solutions. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive. Education & Experience 4–6 years of field technician experience. NICET Level I or higher strongly preferred. Proven expertise across multiple system types. Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
