  • Participate in technical design discussions and recommend solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with offshore development teams to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and application issues.
  • Support platform upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, user experience, and operational processes through ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of ServiceNow development practices and emerging platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
  • 5 years strong experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and platform configuration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, application design, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and other integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and agile delivery practices.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other developers.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
