Senior ServiceNow Specialist

Rimi Baltic IT Process and Governance team is looking to welcome a new ServiceNow Senior Specialist to our team! ServiceNow is a strategic platform supporting a wide range of IT and business processes across the company, including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), Access Management Automation, Business Ticketing Support, and more. The platform is tightly integrated with numerous systems, enabling seamless process automation and data exchange across the organization.

As a ServiceNow Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting users, maintaining the platform, and driving its continuous development. You will be responsible for keeping technical documentation up to date, including user guides, technical baselines, and solution designs. You will manage ServiceNow platform operations, oversee integrations with various systems, develop and optimize workflows, and design and implement new platform capabilities.

In addition, Rimi Baltic has started its AI implementation journey in ServiceNow aimed to integrate AI-powered capabilities and automations. In this position, you will take technical leadership in evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders and our ServiceNow development partner. You will also participate in or lead the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and functionalities, helping shape the future direction of the platform and its business value.

If You Have:

• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, encompassing administration, development, and support

• Solid proficiency in JavaScript, adept at debugging custom solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow framework

• Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, striving towards common objectives

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous

• Prior experience in the IT service management field is mandatory

• Prior experience with the Agile Way of Working is a plus

• Native proficiency in one of the Baltic languages is a must

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Desire for learning and self-development

We Will Entrust You To:

• Provide responsive support for the ServiceNow platform, addressing incoming incidents and requests promptly and effectively

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs and enhance efficiency

• Lead planned improvement tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes

• Participate in or lead the implementation of new functions and applications within the ServiceNow environment

• Maintain and update technical documentation related to the ServiceNow platform to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of JavaScript, effectively leveraging it within the ServiceNow ecosystem

• Exhibit excellent planning skills to organize tasks and projects effectively

Compensation:

Salary: 3500–4200 EUR gross per month, depending on candidate’s experience, competencies, and skills. Additional benefits according to company policy.
