Revalize is a global software company powering better outcomes for manufacturers across the entire value chain. Our portfolio of industry‑leading CPQ, PLM, CAD, and engineering simulation solutions gives businesses a faster, more efficient route from idea to cash.

Revalize leads with an AI-forward mindset—using technology as a catalyst, not a compass. We value initiative and adaptability and seek professionals who embrace AI-driven innovation to drive business results in a rapidly evolving market.

We’re helping over 16,000 customers worldwide to design, model, develop, and sell with greater accuracy and agility. If you’re excited about shaping the future of manufacturing software, you’ll feel right at home here.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, Revalize is a portfolio company of TA Associates.

As our Senior Social Media Manager, you will shape and grow the organic social presence of Revalize across its portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on role: you will manage our channels, coordinate the cross-portfolio social calendar, and turn campaigns, events, and content into effective, platform-appropriate social programs. Using analytics and AI-assisted tools, you will continuously improve our approach, evaluate emerging channels, and guide our presence across the social landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve day-to-day social activity across our channels and the full Revalize portfolio, including publishing and optimization.

  • Own the cross-portfolio social calendar covering campaigns, product launches, press and influencer activity, new content, events, and evergreen themes.

  • Recommend channel-specific social strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, and organic amplification tactics to increase the visibility and impact of key content and campaigns.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing to identify organic content that can deliver greater impact through paid support and influencer programs.

  • Evaluate channel and content performance, identify emerging platform, technology, and AI opportunities, and recommend where to invest, pilot, expand, reduce, or stop activity.

  • Grow and monitor communities across channels, engage in relevant market conversations, build audience relationships, and support community growth initiatives.

  • Develop executive and SME social strategies and thought leadership programs that strengthen brand visibility and position key voices in relevant industry conversations.

  • Define channel KPIs, monitor performance, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to improve effectiveness.

  • Uses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • 5-8+ years of professional experience managing organic social media programs across major social platforms.

  • Strong English writing and editing skills.

  • Experience coordinating social media activity across multiple brands and business priorities, with the ability to balance competing requests, campaigns, and deadlines.

  • Track record of using social media performance insights to drive measurable improvements in engagement, reach, and channel effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability using AI-assisted tools and workflows in social media management.
