At INNOCEAN Europe, we bring together people, ideas and expertise from across our international marketing and communications network. We work across borders, understand local audiences and help ambitious brands find new ways to connect with people.

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Frankfurt team. In this role, you'll lead social media planning and content delivery for international brands, ensuring the right stories reach the right audiences while driving engagement, consistency and performance across markets.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage editorial calendars across always-on communications, campaigns, and real-time content opportunities.
  • Brief, coordinate and oversee content production from concept to publication, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage scheduling and publishing, ensuring content is platform-appropriate, on-brand and quality-checked.
  • Coordinate content toolkits and local market adaptations across Europe while keeping timelines and brand consistency on track.
  • Collaborate with community management and creative teams to translate audience insights and cultural trends into impactful content.
  • Monitor performance, report on agreed KPIs and recommend optimizations to content formats, storytelling and publishing approaches.
  • Support content productions and live activations, providing on-site coordination when required.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or international brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and platform-specific content requirements.
  • Experience working with social media planning, publishing and analytics tools such as Emplifi or Sprinklr.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with a strong eye for engaging content and performance optimization.
  • Fluent English communication skills; German and additional European languages are welcome.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
What We Offer
  • European market exposure – Work with international brands and collaborate with teams across multiple European markets, gaining broad social media and communication experience.
  • Creative influence – Help shape content strategies and turn audience insights into campaigns that connect with diverse communities.
  • Flexible ways of working – Enjoy a hybrid setup with home office opportunities on Mondays and Fridays, plus up to two weeks of remote work abroad annually.
  • Continuous development – Expand your expertise through training opportunities, new challenges and exposure to international projects.
  • Everyday wellbeing support – Benefit from subsidized lunches, an ergonomic workplace, dog-friendly offices and health-related benefits.
