ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will take ownership of software projects from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, and delivery. You will make sound technical decisions, contribute to the architecture and technical direction, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders, support less experienced developers, and continuously improve development practices. You will also explore and apply modern technologies, including AI-powered tools and approaches, to improve software development efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and maintainable software solutions based on business and technical requirements.

· Contribute to software architecture, technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices while ensuring technical decisions align with business goals.

· Actively use AI-powered development tools and identify opportunities to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and innovation.

· Ensure high-quality, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code while continuously identifying and reducing technical debt.

· Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, security vulnerabilities, and critical production problems.

· Take ownership of development projects, maintain clear technical documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and other teams.

· Support and mentor other developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

· Strong programming skills in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, object-oriented programming, and common software design patterns

· Strong experience with React/Angular and modern web development, with knowledge of related web technologies

· Hands-on experience with React Native and mobile application development

· Good knowledge of SQL and database technologies, including data modeling and performance considerations

· Experience designing and developing REST APIs and multi-layered, scalable software architectures

· Practical experience with AI-assisted software development, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, and an interest in applying AI to improve development efficiency and software quality

· Experience with modern development and collaboration tools such as VS Code, Visual Studio, Git, Jira, and Confluence

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development

· Experience with automated testing and modern software quality practices

· Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices

· 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development or a similar role

· Willingness to take ownership, share knowledge, and support other team members

· Willingness to work on diverse international projects and collaborate with international teams

· Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies, including AI-powered development tools and approaches

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken
