WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver valuable features and enhancements to our customers DAILY
- Develop quality front-end code that is scalable, readable, and flexible enough to adapt to changing requirements
- Use AI coding agents as a core part of your daily workflow, delegating work to agents and reviewing and validating their output so we ship faster without sacrificing quality
- Collaborate with UX and product management to understand the customer experience and turn user stories into delivered features
- Ideate and drive user experience in conjunction with product management to make features intuitive, enjoyable and accessible
- Drive front-end best practices, design patterns, and architecture decisions across the team
- Mentor and grow other developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing, including how to work effectively with AI agents
- Partner with other engineers, QA, and DevOps in a team-first environment to build and maintain customer-facing applications with a high degree of ownership
- Support and develop our technical culture by being engaged, intellectually curious, friendly, and motivated to solve complex problems
Work on any task and help solve problems when needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 7+ years of front-end development experience
- Proven expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS and DOM manipulation
- Deep experience with React.js and its core principles
- Experience with Redux and data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in day-to-day development, including critically reviewing and validating agent-generated code
- Experience guiding AI agents with clear context, specifications, and instructions to produce maintainable, well-tested code
- Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end test code
- Experience providing peer code reviews

- Experience building AI-powered features or agentic workflows into products (e.g., integrating LLM APIs or the Model Context Protocol)
- Experience working with React Testing Library
- Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and the AWS ecosystem
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Scala and Python
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
