Your Role: As the first software developer to join our team, you will have a direct impact on the future of Vesta. You will work closely with the founders to shape the company's technical vision and develop innovative solutions that will transform the energy renovation industry. Key Responsibilities: Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and maintain key features of our SaaS platform. Technical Architecture: Participate in defining system architecture to ensure scalability and performance. Project Management: Take full ownership of projects from conception to completion with high autonomy. Innovation: Propose and implement innovative solutions to solve complex problems related to the energy transition. Code Quality: Ensure the quality, maintainability, and security of the codebase. Collaboration: Work synergistically with the team to align technical objectives with our environmental mission. What We're Looking For: Strong Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in software development with proficiency in [specific languages/technologies, e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js]. Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
