  • Design, test, secure, and improve Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled employee experiences with clear measures for adoption, accuracy, escalation, and risk control.
  • Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, technical estimation, risk identification, and implementation planning.
  • Mentor developers and makers promote reusable patterns, and balance speed of delivery with security, governance, and long-term supportability.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce high-quality architecture, design, deployment, and support documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required
  • 10+ years of professional software or enterprise application development experience, including hands-on Microsoft 365 solution delivery.
  • Advanced experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, secure API integration, source control, application lifecycle management, and modern web development practices.
  • Practical experience with Azure integration, cloud security, monitoring, deployment, testing, documentation, and production support handoff.
  • Preferred: experience modernizing legacy SharePoint or Microsoft 365 solutions and practical exposure to Copilot Studio, intelligent automation, or agent-based solutions.
