Senior Software Development Engineer Job Description Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on LWC. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and user experience. Develop custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce platform. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Solid understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks. Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for performance optimization. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes for Salesforce development.
