What you’ll do You’ll work as part of a small, senior team to build AI-powered tools that revolutionise how businesses sell on WhatsApp. Design and build real-time agents that help sales teams re-engage leads, book meetings, and close deals all while keeping the human touch. Create intelligent layers that sit on top of WhatsApp conversations, surfacing key insights and integrating smoothly with our backend. Own complex problems end-to-end, from vague idea to working code in production. Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering to build elegant, high-performance systems. You might be a great fit if... You’re a product-minded engineer who cares about outcomes, not just features. You care about solving real user problems with empathy, clarity, and intent, not just writing code, but thinking deeply about why it matters and how it delivers value You think from first principles and love breaking complex problems into simple ones. You write clear, well-tested, and maintainable code and care about the people who’ll read it next. You’re pragmatic and don’t mind wearing different hats depending on what’s needed. You like working in small teams where your impact is huge and your voice matters. Technically, you probably have experience with: Ruby on Rails (you know your way around its internals if needed) PostgreSQL (and raw SQL when needed) Building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL and knowing when to use which) JavaScript, TypeScript, and ideally Vue.js Writing and maintaining meaningful test suites Cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS, Docker, ECS) Some DevOps work under your belt (infra, monitoring, deployment, etc.) You don’t need to check every single box.
