What Youll Do Build and enhance backend services that power APIs, data sharing, and third-party integrations. Develop and maintain internal frameworks to accelerate feature implementation. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality features. Drive architectural decisions and share responsibility for the integrity of our backend codebase. What Were Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 6+ years of experience developing complex backend systems in Python/Django or similar frameworks. Expertise in OOP, functional programming, unit testing, SQL, and REST-based architectures. Proficiency with Linux or macOS environments and modern developer tools. Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach. Nice to Have: Experience with WebSockets, Kafka, or Elixir/Phoenix. Knowledge of data warehousing and real-time data integrations. Experience with Frontend SPA frameworks like Angular or React Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD tools like Github Actions Why Nutrislice?
