What you’ll be doing As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help shape early technology and product decisions, working directly with the co-founders and engineering team. We’re looking for collaborative, pragmatic, and ambitious engineers who want to make a real impact on providers and patients alike. You’ll take ownership across the stack—frontend applications for web and mobile, backend services that power APIs and process data, architecture, infrastructure, and more—and help build out the engineering team and its collaborative culture. Expect opportunities to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities well beyond this job description. What success looks like Build, maintain, and iterate on software across the stack. Improve care for patients and providers by developing great products. Define engineering processes that let us ship quickly without sacrificing quality—including tests and technical documentation. Amplify your teammates’ impact through collaboration and code review. Own the full product engineering lifecycle: sprint planning, retrospectives, on-call rotation, and deployment. Build deep knowledge of our business and industry to inform sharp technical decisions. What you’ll bring Real depth in more than one language or framework, with experience shipping to production.
