Role Summary The Senior Software Engineer at Eftsure is a critical player in our product development process, bringing both deep technical expertise and emerging leadership abilities to the table. This role is centred on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the highest standards of efficiency and scalability. As a senior member of the team, you’ll not only be hands-on with code but also guide and mentor junior engineers, ensuring the team’s technical direction aligns with best practices and long-term project goals. Your ability to solve complex technical challenges, coupled with your attention to detail, will drive the timely delivery of high-quality software projects. What you need to be successful Mastery of Technology: Demonstrated expertise in software development, with a deep understanding of relevant programming languages and patterns, development methodologies, and modern tools that can be utilised to deliver high-quality products. Experience & Qualifications: 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience as a software engineer. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
