🔵 About the Role

FEKRA Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to work on an innovative AI-powered enterprise platform focused on strategy execution and business transformation.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, enterprise system integrations, and data synchronization.

In this role, you will design and develop secure, reliable, and scalable integrations connecting enterprise ERP, CRM, and workflow automation platforms to an existing AI-powered solution.

The ideal candidate combines strong backend engineering skills with practical experience in enterprise APIs, data mapping, synchronization, and reusable connectors.

This is a hands-on backend and enterprise integration role, requiring proven production experience beyond traditional API development.

🔵 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build production-grade API integrations and reusable connectors for ERP, CRM, and workflow automation platforms.
• Analyze enterprise business processes, data structures, and client-specific configurations to implement accurate data mapping and transformation.
• Develop reliable data synchronization processes, including incremental updates, reconciliation, deduplication, and error recovery.
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, and vendor-supported interfaces.
• Configure and utilize official vendor sandbox and testing environments to validate integrations before production deployment.
• Implement enterprise workflow integrations, particularly with Microsoft Power Automate and ServiceNow.
• Ensure integration security, performance, and reliability through OAuth 2.0/OIDC, access controls, monitoring, and robust error handling.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to deliver end-to-end integration solutions and support the platform's existing AI capabilities.

🔵 Requirements

Enterprise Integration Experience

Proven hands-on experience delivering production integrations across all three enterprise categories, with experience in at least one platform from each:

• ERP: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Workflow Automation: Enterprise workflow platforms, preferably Microsoft Power Automate or ServiceNow.

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript, preferably using NestJS or Express.js.
• Proven experience building and deploying enterprise API integrations and reusable connectors in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and API authentication.
• Practical expertise in data mapping, transformation, synchronization, reconciliation, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience using official vendor sandbox, developer, or testing environments.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0/OIDC, API security, access controls, error handling, and monitoring.
• Experience designing reliable integrations with retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.
• Strong problem-solving, technical communication, and end-to-end ownership skills.

Important: Candidates must have personally implemented real enterprise integrations. General backend API development or platform certifications alone are not sufficient.

🔵 Nice to Have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP servers, clients, or AI tool integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-powered enterprise platforms, agentic AI workflows, or LLM tool calling.
• Experience integrating additional enterprise applications such as Workday, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience building reusable enterprise connectors across multiple clients or environments.
