I'm working with an established software business looking to hire multiple Senior Software Engineers to support the continued development of a mature, business-critical software platform.

You'll work across desktop and web applications, contributing to new functionality, bug fixing, technical investigations and performance improvements. The team is looking for experienced developers who can work independently, solve complex problems and deliver high-quality software, with opportunities to get involved in mentoring and technical leadership for those interested.

Technical Requirements

• 8-10+ years' commercial experience with C# and the .NET stack, including .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
• Strong SQL Server experience within database-driven applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining desktop applications, ideally using Windows Forms, alongside exposure to web applications.
• Strong debugging, profiling and performance optimisation skills.
• Ability to design, develop and maintain scalable, reliable and maintainable software.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, code reviews, testing and development standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of technical problems through to resolution.

Desirable: DevExpress, WinForms, Redis, MongoDB, Azure DevOps and experience using AI tools to improve development workflows.
