Profile Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java). Experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Solid knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and RESTful API principles Leadership skills sufficient to obtain quality and productivity from a small team. Interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with clients and other stakeholders Core responsibilities: The most important ways they will demonstrate success in the role are: Technical Leadership: Provide effective technical direction and define and document the overarching architecture of the platform. Ensure code quality. Mentoring and Team Building: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers. Assist with the professional development of team members in conjunction with senior leadership. Technical Excellence: Consistently producing well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices. Collaborative Contribution: leading your team and working effectively with others to fully harness the talent and work of the entire group.
