What you’ll shape

• Drive solutions from idea to production, ensuring they are engineered to perform and built to last.
• Put AI to work where it creates real engineering value, while keeping human judgement and accountability at the center.
• Influence technical direction by challenging approaches and bringing your perspective to architectural decisions.

Expertise to make an impact

• You have a strong senior-level track record of designing, building and operating reliable, scalable production systems.
• You apply engineering judgement to AI-generated solutions and know how to take an AI prototype to a robust production-ready solution.
• You are confident working across modern APIs and distributed architectures, including event-driven systems, asynchronous processing and microservices; experience with GraphQL is valuable.
• You have hands-on experience with containerization and CI/CD; familiarity with cloud-native engineering and platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift is a plus.
• You are highly proficient in at least one major programming language, ideally Java with Spring Boot. We value engineering depth and adaptability over expertise in one specific technology.
• You combine strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to share AI engineering practices and help others adopt an AI-first way of working.
