- Analyze requirements and translate them into backend solution designs (APIs, services, data flows, interfaces).
- Drive software design, realization (implementation), testing, and maintenance for backend components and services.
- Apply modern software development practices (e.g., code reviews, test automation, CI/CD, and maintainable architecture patterns) to deliver robust product code along with regulatory release relevant documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and quality attributes (e.g. observability, performance, reliability).
Work Experience
- You have successfully completed a master's degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- You have several years of professional experience in software development.
- You have broad knowledge in the programming languages C++/C# and can easily adapt to new ones. You see programming languages as tools rather than specialties.

- You are eager to explore agentic coding approaches and have already gained experience in that area.
- You are familiar with modern architecture approaches, software, and interface designs, e.g. OpenAPl, containerization.
- Expertise in cybersecurity and/or automated CI/CD pipelines, especially in Linux environments, are a plus.
- You are adept at using version management systems such as Git as well as ALMS such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- You have a self-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication in English.
