What we do is very unique with zero immediate competition in India today and therefore, building a team of Real Rockstars in their field to fuel this profit making start-up, which is growing at a rapid pace Summary: We are looking for a Rock Star to add to our core engineering team, the person should have good experience in javascript/reactjs or core javascript. You’ll spend time on the following: Write high-quality reusable code to develop the dynamic user interface for various platforms Collaborate with project managers, senior developers, and business partners for work planning, sharing new ideas, code demonstrations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing Optimize front-end elements to maximize performance across different devices and browsers Assist team members in architectural compliance, functional accuracy validation, and adherence to appropriate industry standards Keep a record of the status and progress of assigned tasks to project teams and managers We’re Excited About You If You Have: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or any alternative computer programming training At least 4-6 years of experience working in front-end development Vast experience in developing web-based UI using JavaScript, React.js, and/or Typescript Proficiency in popular React tools such as webpack, Redux, Flux, etc. Familiarity with debugging problems using appropriate tools Knowledge of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and software designing and architecture best practices Both verbal and written communication skills Efficiency in handling technical issues expertly, producing new design ideas and substitutions where required Appreciate and add to a collaborative team effort Tech Stack Typescript React Javascript (ES6+) Jest (unit tests) Responsive design (mobile and desktop) experience Storybook JS (UI component development) CSS-in-JS frameworks (Styled components / Emotion) UI frameworks (Material, Chakra, Semantic) HTML5/CSS/SASS Webpack 4/5+ and/or FE build tools and bundling Some Important Traits – We look out for a Person in this role Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively Ability to be flexible, agile, and thrive in chaos Excellent oral and written communication skills Our Core Value Cultures: Merchant 1st Innovation Talent We’re A Remote 1 st Company Our Organization was established right in middle of the pandemic, hence we don’t have location barriers across our team, In Fact more then 90% of our Employees “Work from Anywhere” - Which helps in being more flexible in our personal lives and spend less time commuting – At the same time, being together in person is an important part of our culture and shared success.
