Our portfolio of solutions includes the iMIS Engagement Management System, TopClass LMS, OpenWater application and review software, and the Clowder mobile app. About our position We are looking for a Senior Software Implementation Consultant (SPIS) who uses developed skills and experience to deliver product solutions to enable clients to increase organizational performance. With minimal supervision and with the latitude for independent judgment, the SPIS will use specific skills to successfully deliver the more complex and demanding client implementations. The SPIS will also be recognized as a global or regional subject matter expert for specific areas of our service delivery . What you’ll be doing Configuring and implementing iMIS and related products and services, including converting data, working with RiSE, and extending the product with iMIS and other supported tools. Serving as part of the technical solutions team or the global solutions Client Success team, depending on skill sets focusing on technical, product or organizational solutions. Enabling continuous performance improvement by understanding organizational needs, offering appropriate process change advice, and leading organizational change. Delivering client training as either part of implementation, public online classroom, at your desk or client specific as assigned. Delivering work within the Success Partnership Program and the Performance Improvement Advisory Service. Meeting team (and individual) established billable production targets. Focusing on excellent service quality, with an on-time and on-budget delivery, performing all work in accordance with the terms of the Master Services Agreement and within the Client Success fee agreed in the signed task order. Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time. What we want you to have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience. Certified iMIS Professional or Certified iMIS Extension Developer, required at start of employment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. iMIS experience and HTML/CSS required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service so that clients are “promoters” of ASI Client Success with a positive impact on the ASI Client Success Net Promoter Score (NPS). Some travel may be required from time to time, as directed by the Client Success Manager or Project Manager. Compensation Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s skills, experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. For candidates located in Alexandria, VA or Austin, TX, the current estimated compensation range for this role is $95,000–$115,000. Compensation may vary for candidates in other locations within the United States.
