Senior Software Sales Executive

💼 Work Model: Hybrid (Field Sales, Client Visits & Remote Work)

NARD POS is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

This is a hybrid role that combines field sales activities, client visits, and remote work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, conducting sales presentations, generating new business opportunities, and managing client relationships while maintaining flexibility in their work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.

• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Provide regular market feedback and sales reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Outdoor Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.

• Previous experience in Software, SaaS, POS Systems, ERP Solutions, or Technology Sales is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Must have reliable transportation.
