Senior Solution Sales Manager (Wholesale Roaming & Mobile Solutions)

Your Daily Routine Would Include:

• Building, maintaining, and expanding strategic customer relationships across the international wholesale telecom market.
• Identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities within IoT, Roaming, IPX, Travel SIM, and Roaming Value-Added Services.
• Leading solution-based sales engagements and acting as the commercial owner of complex customer opportunities.
• Managing the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through contract negotiation and closure.
• Preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and business cases aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and external partners to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Driving internal stakeholder alignment to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Managing and maintaining a structured sales pipeline with a strong focus on forecasting, execution, and revenue growth.
• Representing A1 International Business at customer meetings, negotiations, conferences, and industry events worldwide.

We'll Know You Can Make It If You Have:

• University degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solution sales, business development, or account management within the international telecommunications or wholesale market.
• Strong market knowledge of the IoT and Roaming ecosystem, including 5G Standalone (5G SA), LPWAN technologies, connectivity models, and enterprise use cases.
• Hands-on experience within the Travel SIM and global roaming business.
• Strong understanding of IPX services, interconnect models, and wholesale mobile business environments.
• Knowledge of roaming value-added services, including roaming analytics, steering, assurance, and related solutions.
• Good understanding of mobile network architectures, including LTE, 5G, roaming, signaling, and IP technologies.
• Experience managing complex international customer engagements and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
