Role Overview
We’re looking for a Pega Senior System Architect to join our technology team within the financial services sector. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and governing high quality Pega applications that support critical business processes. This is a hybrid role based in Newcastle (2-3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Pega applications
- Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices and guardrails
- Support solution architecture, integration design, and quality assurance
- Mentor junior developers and guide delivery teams
