As a Solutions Architect, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their challenges, shape IoT and technical solutions, and drive successful outcomes. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology and business, working closely with Account Management, Sales and major enterprise partners to design and deliver connected solutions.

The ideal candidate will come from a Solutions Architecture, IoT, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting background, with strong customer-facing experience and the ability to translate complex IoT environments, integrations and data flows into clear, scalable technical strategies.

You’ll:

• Partner with Account Management and Sales throughout the sales cycle to develop compelling IoT and technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, understanding customer requirements, IoT environments and integration needs.
• Design solutions using IoT technologies, APIs, Python, AWS, Lambda, integrations and data capabilities.
• Translate customer requirements into clear solution proposals, technical architectures and implementation approaches.
• Define how connected devices, platforms, APIs and data systems integrate within wider customer environments.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to define integration strategies, data flows and technical requirements.
• Support complex technical onboarding, configuration and IoT integration activities where required.

Skills/Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in Solutions Architecture, IoT, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting or Implementation within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong commercial experience working with IoT, connected devices, integrations and data-driven solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python, AWS and Lambda.
• Must be available immediately
