What Youll Do As a Senior Solutions Architect , you will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner for customers, helping them design and implement seamless integrations using Fastns AI-powered platform. You will work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that customers can effectively leverage Fastn to build high-performance, scalable integration solutions . Your Responsibilities Design and Architect Scalable Solutions: Work with customers to understand their business needs and design high-performance, scalable integration architectures . Provide Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies. Develop Proof of Concepts: Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations , showcasing Fastns capabilities and assisting customers in implementation. Optimize for Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency . Drive API and Automation Excellence: Assist customers in leveraging Fastns APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features. Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) . Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Educate and Enable: Train customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using Fastns integration platform effectively. Mentor and Lead: Share best practices, mentor junior solution engineers, and contribute to documentation and technical leadership. What Were Looking For Were looking for a highly skilled and customer-facing technical leader who excels at designing scalable SaaS integration architectures. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer success , this role is for you. Must-Have Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration. Strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations . Hands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js . Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures . Knowledge of API authentication, security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) . Experience designing solutions that handle high-scale, low-latency transactions . Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io, etc.) and automation workflows. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with AI-driven automation and API intelligence . Background in B2B SaaS integrations and developer tooling .
